Ideal Plumbing Delivery Information

All prices on our website are without delivery charges unless otherwise stated, which will be added to the price of the products at our checkout. We will only dispatch goods to be delivered once the funds have been cleared, in the majority of cases goods will be delivered by a third party carrier and cost of delivery will be included in the total cost of the order and this will be made aware to you on the checkout/invoice page.

The goods will require a signature to accept delivery. Ideal endeavour to deliver the goods to you within 3-7 working days, however in some cases and busy periods please allow up to 14 working days, we DO NOT guarantee delivery times, and all orders for UK Mainland will be sent via road delivery.

Dispatch is mostly same day or next day dependent on the time the order is placed.

Special orders will take longer to deliver due to the product being non stock items. Orders will only be delivered to the nearest hard road point, we are only insured and required to deliver the goods to your delivery address and are not obliged to take them in or fit them in any property.

Your order may consist of heavy and/or bulky goods assistance must be available to the delivery driver to offload the goods. You should also carefully inspect the goods immediately.

If you find the order to be damaged or incomplete clearly sign all delivery notes and inform us of the problem immediately. Once items have been delivered to your door and you have signed you will be responsible for them. If for any reason you are not able to take delivery of the products, contact us on 01706 629232. Arrangements can be made to redeliver the goods to your address at an additional charge which you will be responsible for.

If another person is accepting the goods on your behalf you agree to advise them of the terms of delivery, and you accept full responsibility for any loss or damage if they sign on your behalf and fail to check the goods. If the package does not appear to be in good condition and it is clear to see that the goods inside are damaged, refuse the delivery and notify us immediately via telephone.

When purchasing products from Ideal Plumbing, this will confirm your acceptance of the terms & conditions. Please read them carefully and print a copy for future reference.
